Returns are only allowed for purchases made directly from mythos.bike. Purchases made from other retailers must be returned according to that source’s protocols.

Returns are allowed within 14 days of order delivery. Item(s) must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including duties and taxes) of all non-warranty returns (including but not limited to both return and outbound shipping costs).

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item into our warehouse.

If a product was purchased and delivered with a promotional free gift, it must also be returned with that free gift to receive the full refund on the original order. If we receive a return without the Free Gift or promotional item, we reserve the right to deduct the value of said gift or item from the return.

No returns are accepted on customised items.
